吸烟作为牙周病发病的危险因素,能否影响龈下温度,目前尚无资料证明。本研究目的即比较吸烟与非吸烟牙周炎患者的龈下温度差异。 材料和方法 选取年龄大于25岁,患中至重度牙周炎且4个上切牙尚有的患者40例,且无循环系统疾病、自身免疫病、糖尿病,近3个月内未服用抗菌素及牙周治疗。将患者分为吸烟组和非吸烟组,吸烟组平均年龄50.5岁,由10男10女组成,烟龄大于5年。非吸烟组平均年龄45岁,由9男11女组成,无吸烟史。初诊时用压力敏感型探针探测每个上切牙的6个龈下位点,凡探诊深度小于或等于4mm,且无探诊出血即为健康部位,反之为病变部位。由1位检查者用牙周温度
Smoking as a risk factor for the onset of periodontal disease, can affect the subgingival temperature, there is no data to prove. The purpose of this study was to compare subgingival temperature differences between smokers and non-smokers with periodontitis. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Forty patients with moderate to severe periodontitis and four upper incisors were selected.
