随着我国社会主义市场经济的迅速发展,有效推动了我国建设。近年来,我国工程建设项目逐渐增多。在工程项目施工建设中,施工材料所需要的费用占到了工程总造价的百分之七十。由于工程项目施工建设是一项长久性工作。在此过程中,施工主要材料的价格极易受到市场变化的影响以及国家政策的影响,促使工程施工建设单位难以把握工程造价。为使工程造价得到有效的控制,就需要对工程施工主要材料价格对工程造价的影响规律进行深入分析,掌握其影响规律,从而完善主要材料价格调整机制,实现工程施工建设造价动态管理,从而有效降低主要材料价格波动对工程造价的影响。本文在分析主要材料价格波动对工程造价影响的基础上,进一步分析了价差调整方法以及应对措施,并提出了一定的措施建议,以期为降低主要材料价格波动对工程造价的影响提供具有参考价值的建议。
