目的探讨弧形切割缝合器在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用。方法对河南省新乡市中心医院2007年1月—2010年10月采用弧形切割缝合器在低位直肠癌保肛手术中应用病例48例临床资料进行回顾分析。结果本组病例均切除吻合顺利,无1例吻合口瘘及出血等严重并发症发生,术后1年未发现复发病例。结论弧形切割缝合器在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用,具有操作简单,安全可靠,减少并发症发生,便于深部操作及避免误伤周围脏器,是进行低位直肠癌保肛手术首选缝合器。
Objective To investigate the application of curved cutting stapler in the anorectal surgery of low rectal cancer. Methods Xinxiang Central Hospital of Henan Province from January 2007 to October 2010 using arc cutting stapler in the low rectal cancer anus surgery in 48 cases of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were successfully resected and anastomosed without any serious complications such as anastomotic leakage and hemorrhage. No recurrence was found in one year after operation. Conclusion Arc cutting suture in low rectal cancer anal sphincter preserving operation has the advantages of simple operation, safe and reliable, reduce the occurrence of complications, facilitate deep operation and avoid accidental injury to the surrounding organs, is the preferred anal sphincter preservation surgery for low rectal cancer .
