GF船务公司来信 我公司是一家航运公司,今年2月,我公司将一批货物从天津港运到香港,然后由H航运公司从香港运抵卸货港。提单上显示承运人为H航运公司。H航运公司在卸货港无正本提单交货。货主在起诉时,认为我公司是实际承运人,将我公司列为被告之一。要求我公司赔偿其损失。 请问:什么是实际承运人?在本案中我公司作为实际承运人是否应承担责任?

In February this year, our company shipped a batch of goods from Tianjin Port to Hong Kong and then from H Shipping Company to Hong Kong for unloading port. The bill of lading shows the carrier as H Shipping Company. H shipping company in the port of discharge without original bill of lading delivery.
