目的:对北京地区消化系统药物应用情况进行回顾性分析,为消化系统药物的开发、生产、营销及合理应用提供参考和依据。方法:采用DDDs分析法及药物经济学方法对1999年～2000年北京地区消化系统药物的销售金额和应用频度等进行分析。结果:1999年～2000年北京地区消化系统药物的销售金额呈上升趋势。结论:北京地区消化系统药物应用较合理,抗酸药及治疗消化性溃疡药在消化系统药物应用中占优势。
Objective: To retrospectively analyze the application of digestive system drugs in Beijing and provide references and basis for the development, production, marketing and rational application of digestive system drugs. Methods: DDDs analysis and pharmacoeconomic methods were used to analyze the sales amount and frequency of digestive system drugs in Beijing from 1999 to 2000. Results: The sales amount of digestive system drugs in Beijing increased from 1999 to 2000. Conclusion: The application of digestive system drugs in Beijing is more reasonable, antacid and peptic ulcer drugs predominate in the digestive system.
