研究了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/三元尼龙(PA)配比对其硫化胶热空气老化前后和油中浸泡后物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,随着 PA 用量的增大,硫化胶拉伸强度下降后趋于稳定,撕裂强度变化不大,100%定伸应力和 DIN 磨耗均呈上升趋势,拉断伸长率、浸油后的质量变化率和体积变化率均下降,正硫化时间变长。热空气老化后,硫化胶拉伸强度、硬度、100%定伸应力和拉断伸长率变化趋势同常温下一致。浸油后,硫化胶拉伸强度、100%定伸应力均呈上升趋势,拉断伸长率先是不变然后下降。“,”Effects of ethylene propylene diene terpolymer(EPDM)/ternary nylon (PA)ratios on mechanical properties of the vulcanizate before and after hot air aging and after oil immersing were studied.The results showed that the tensile strength of the vulcanizate first decreased and then be-came stable with the increase of PA content,and the tear strength almost unchanged.Both the modu-lus at 100% and the DIN abrasion showed rising trend,and the elongation at break ,the mass and volume change rate after oil immersing all decreased,and the curing time became long.The change trends of tensile strength,hardness,modulus at 100% and elongation at break of the vulcanizate after hot air aging were the same at room temperature.After oil immersing,the tensile strength and the modulus at 100% of the vulcanizate showed rising trend,and the elongation at break first kept stable and then decreased.
