高剂量化疗联合造血干细胞移植(HSCT)已成为治愈白血病的有效途径。与异基因骨髓移植(allo-BMT)相比,自体骨髓移植(auto-BMT)具有植活容易、无年龄限制、无需配型、无移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)等诸多优点。然而,自体移植物中残留的白血病细胞是引起复发的主要原因。因此,从移植物中选择性清除白血病细胞是避免复发的关键。文章论述了骨髓净化的若干方法,如物理净化法、免疫净化法、化学净化法、生物净化法等。
High-dose chemotherapy combined with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) has become an effective way to cure leukemia. Compared with allo-BMT, auto-BMT has the advantages of easy engraftment, no age restriction, no need of matching and no GVHD. However, residual leukemic cells in autografts are the main cause of relapse. Therefore, the selective removal of leukemia cells from the graft is the key to avoid recurrence. The article discusses several methods of bone marrow purification, such as physical purification, immune purification, chemical purification, biological purification and so on.
