1病历简介张信华医师(中山大学附属第一医院胃肠胰外科)病人女,41岁。因“血便伴头晕乏力6h”就诊于深圳当地医院,肠镜未发现异常。2005?03?22,腹部CT见下腹分叶状肿物12cm×9cm。于2005?03?31行手术探查,发现空肠距起始部100cm处肿物,腔内并腔外生长;予肿物并部分空肠切除,切缘10cm。术后病理报告:小肠浆膜面肿物,分叶状,长径12cm,部分坏死,伴黏膜溃疡。镜下梭形细胞肿
