领导力,即在管理范围内充分利用人力和客观条件,以最小的成本办成所需的事,提高整个团队的办事效率。据调查表明,领导力决定企业氛围的70%,而企业氛围决定企业业绩的30%,两者相乘得出:领导力直接影响企业业绩的21%。由此可见,领导力在企业发展中的作用显而易见,而领导力的强弱更是直接关系到企业业绩的优劣。如何提高领导力?笔者认为,首先要从思想上认识和把握好领导力的九个关键词。
