国家食品药品监管局于2003年9月19日印发《关于认真做好2003年“十一”黄金周旅游期间食品药品监督管理工作的通知》,要求各食品药品监管局加强“十一”黄金周旅游期间药品监督管理工作,精神如下:1.要在加强日常监管的基础上,进一步加强对全国重点旅游城市和景区的药品、医疗器械监督管理,要采取有效措施及时发现和坚决打击利用节假日进行制售假劣药品、医疗器械的违法行为。2.无论是否被调整充实到当地旅游协调机构及其办公室内,都要按照药品监管的职能做好“十一”黄金周旅游期间的药品监管工作,并积极主动地加强与相关部门的协调。特别是“十一”黄金周旅游期
