经中国社会工作协会领导同意,由康复医学工作委员会主办,浙江省复员退伍军人精神病疗养院承办的康复医学工作委员会第二届会员代表大会暨全国医院管理高级论坛定于2009年11月2日～6日在浙江省宁波市举行,大会将邀请国内知名专家与会作专题报告,现将有关事项通知如下:1、会议时间:2009年11月2日全天报到,6日撤会。2、参加对象:①理事、常务理事候选人;②医院院长、副院长;③职能科室科长、科主任;④论文作者代表;⑤杂志编委3、报到地点:宁波市文昌大酒店(宁波市海曙区中山西路文昌街2号,电话0574—87268668)。4、会议注册费:800元/人(包括会议资料,学分证书费)。5、住宿标准:270元/天(标准间),135元/人/天。食宿统一安排,费用自理,回单位报销。6、会议与会代表将授予国家级Ⅰ类继续医学教育10学分。7、参观考察:11月5日,费用250元。代表陪同人员及家属除免收会务费其他一切费用自理(住宿、伙食、旅游等)。8、乘车路线:机场大巴到宁波市南站,再转10路公交车到西
