张顺燕教授在讲座中提出了“鸳鸯既要绣出,金针亦须度尽”的观点,他认为教师不仅要教会学生知识,还要教会方法。在张教授的指引下,结合我多年的教学经验,我更加明确了新形势下数学教师的角色定位——教师要带领学生“飞针走线”。也就是说,教师要参与到数学活动中来,和学生共同感受数学思想、积累活动经验、体验从无到有的学习过程。
In his lecture, Professor Zhang Shunyan proposed the view that “the mandarin duck should be embroidered and the golden needle must be exhausted.” He believes that teachers should not only teach students knowledge but also teach methods. Under the guidance of Professor Zhang, combined with my years of teaching experience, I clarified the role of mathematics teachers in the new situation more clearly - teachers should lead students “flying pin alignment ”. In other words, teachers should participate in mathematics activities, feel the mathematical thoughts together with students, accumulate experience of activities and experience the learning process from scratch.
