报道１例胰岛素依赖型糖尿病女孩在甲肝病毒（ＨＡＶ）感染期间出现肾病综合征（ＮＳ）．病例女，１２岁，因恶心和黄疸而入院．患儿患糖尿病但无并发症．体检仅见黄疽和肝肿大。实验室数据（括号内为正常值）如下：丙氨酸氨基转移酶３０７ＩＵ／Ｌ（＜３７），天冬酸氨基转移
One patient with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus was reported to have nephrotic syndrome (NS) during hepatitis A virus (HAV) infection. Female, 12 years old, admitted to hospital for nausea and jaundice. Children with diabetes but no complications. Only saw jaundice and hepatomegaly. Laboratory data (normal values in brackets) were as follows: alanine aminotransferase 307 IU / L (<37), aspartate aminotransferase
