财阀、军阀、政客——拖延谈判朝鲜停战谈判会议,自七月十日开始,到今天已经有一个月又十天了,停战仍然没有实现。这完全是因为美方缺乏和平诚意的缘故。美国底财阀、軍阀、政客采取着拖延政策。美方代表到开城来,并不是为着迅速实现朝鲜停战,相反地,是为着拖延停战谈判,使得全世界老百姓所万分关切的停战不能立刻实现。据美国资产阶级的报纸说,时间对美方是有利的;这即是说,美方是利于拖延!这岂不就招供了朝鲜停战谈判会谈之所以在軍事分界线和非军事地区的问题上,不能有任何进展,完全是由美方负责吗?
