以对硝基苯甲酸为原料,经氯化、酰化、还原制得对氨基苯甲酰甘氨酸,再与苯甲酰氯进行酰化反应,合成了一种新型醛糖还原酶抑制剂——对苯甲酰胺基苯甲酰甘氨酸。
Using p-nitrobenzoic acid as starting material, p-aminobenzoylglycine was obtained by chlorination, acylation and reduction, and then acylation with benzoyl chloride to synthesize a novel aldose reductase inhibitor Benzamidobenzoylglycine.
