我国的对外承包工程、劳务合作和在境外举办合营企业,是在改革开放方针指引下发展起来的,一直受到中央的亲切关怀,得到有关部门的大力支持。从1979年开始,到现在进入了第12个年头,我国际公司已在136个国家和地区开展了业务,初步形成全方位、多行业开拓业务的格局。各公司累计对外签订各类承包劳务合同1.4万项,合同总额达153亿美元,营业额为94.7亿美元。在境外举办合营企业768个,协议投资额23.6亿美元,我方投资10.1亿美元。累计派出的承包劳务人员40多万人次。
China’s foreign contracted projects, labor cooperation and the holding of joint ventures abroad are developed under the guidance of the reform and opening up policy. It has always been the concern of the central government and has received strong support from relevant departments. From 1979 to now, it has entered its 12th year. Our international company has carried out business in 136 countries and regions, initially forming a pattern of all-round and multi-industry business development. The company has accumulatively contracted 14,000 contracted labor contracts with foreign parties, with a total contract value of US$15.3 billion and a turnover of US$9.47 billion. There were 768 joint ventures overseas, with a contractual investment of US$2.36 billion and our investment of US$1.01 billion. More than 400,000 person-times of contracted labor service personnel were dispatched.
