上海有色金属研究所一九六○年建所,三十年来,坚持科研为生产服务,科研与生产相结合。为国民经济建设提供了大批关键的有色金属新材料、新工艺。三十年来,该所为四化建设研究完成科研项目四百六十项,其中获国家发明奖二项,获全国科学大会奖二项,获国家部、市级奖一百二十项。完成新材料试制七千五百余项,生产的有色金属及其合金管、棒、板、带、丝、型材八十个品种计八千多个规格。
