我厂在试制新产品的过程中,为加工某安全阀需要两种大规格非标螺纹环规(M110×2通、止规和M145×2通规),要求二级精度。这种环规的壁厚较薄,加工比较困难。目前,国内多数工厂在制造大尺寸螺纹环规时,均采用车削螺纹、热处理和最后研磨的工艺。这样,加工一种规格的螺纹环规,为保证达到二级精度,往往需要使用一套(近十种)研磨棒。而在螺纹磨床上加工大量研磨棒,既费时,又不经济,对于单件生产则尤为明显。我厂试用磨削加工方法制
