本文研究WK型溃散剂在CO_2法水玻璃砂中的各种性能。研究表明,它大幅度地降低了水玻璃在1200℃以内的残留强度,提高了溃散性,且在CO_2即时硬化强度、CO_2—加热硬化强度、硬化后的存放强度等方面均有明显改善.该砂在存放24小时和48小时后的吸湿率很低。经研究证实,WK型溃散剂在CO_2法水玻璃砂中的应用性能能满足生产上的需要,并节约能源,节简烘模工艺.
This article studies various properties of WK-typedispersants in CO 2 sodium silicate sand. The research shows that it greatly reduces the residual strength of waterglass at 1200 ℃, improves the collapsibility, and significantly improves the instantaneous CO 2 hardening strength, the CO 2 -heating hardening strength and the storage strength after hardening. The moisture absorption rate of sand after storing for 24 hours and after 48 hours is very low. The study confirmed that, WK-type collapsible agent in CO 2 method of water glass sand in the application of performance to meet production needs, and save energy, saving and drying process.
