运用问卷调查法等方法,对我国职业足球运动员高工资得成因进行了探析。研究结果表明:纵横比较结果表明,我国职业足球运动员工资确实过高了;我国职业足球运动员获得高工资既有其内在的原因,也与我国职业联赛环境有关;需要建立和完善职业运动员工资市场形成机制、妥善发挥政府干预与调节作用、完善俱乐部内部分配制度等,以便进一步完善我国职业运动员工资机制。
By means of questionnaire and other methods, this paper analyzes the cause of high wage of professional football players in our country. The results show that: the comparison of vertical and horizontal shows that the salary of professional football players in our country is indeed too high. The reason why our country’s professional football players get high wages is both intrinsic and related to the environment of our professional league. It is necessary to establish and improve the wage market of professional athletes Mechanism, properly play the role of government intervention and regulation, improve the internal distribution system of clubs, etc., in order to further improve the wage mechanism of professional athletes in China.
