通过比较各地政府风电发展规划和国家可再生能源发展规划,结合风电行业实际发展状况,我们预计2010年风电累计装机容量为3400万千瓦左右,2009-2010年风电累计装机容量年复合增长率为67%左右。

By comparing the government plans for wind power development and the national renewable energy development plans and considering the actual development of the wind power industry, we estimate that the installed capacity of wind power in 2010 will be about 34 million kilowatts. The cumulative CAGR of wind power in 2009-2010 is 67 %about.
