作为一名人民教师,我们劳动的对象是活生生的人、是独立的个体,这就决定了教师工作的特殊性。语文教学是一门人文性最强的学科,那么语文教师必须从尊重学生是独立的个体出发,在实际教学中用心与学生交流,才能提高这门学科的质量。然而许多教师在教学中往往越俎代庖代替学生思考或代替作者言论,这无疑忽略了学生的思想独立性,且也不利于发掘具有创新精神的人才,这不是语文教师应扮演的角色。在课改进行得如火如荼的今天,我们语文老师的职责是:
As a people’s teacher, the objects of our work are living people and independent individuals. This determines the particularity of teachers’ work. Language teaching is a discipline with the strongest humanities. Therefore, language teachers must start from respecting students as independent individuals and communicate with students in practical teaching to improve the quality of this discipline. However, many teachers often use substitutes instead of students to think about or substitute for the author’s speech in teaching. This undoubtedly ignores the student’s ideological independence, and it is also not conducive to discovering innovative talents. This is not the role that language teachers should play. Today’s curriculum reforms are in full swing. The duties of our language teacher are:
