一、前言目前,各种实验动物正被人们当作人的模型广泛使用在化学药品、食品添加物、汽车的排气瓦斯等的毒性以及致癌性试验中,种种研究成果亦被公开发表、利用。要使根据动物实验所得到的数据资料适用于人和其它动物,其前提条件是要求在人与动物之间或动物与动物之间,生理学的相似律成立。但是,在动物实验时,似乎很少见到深入讨论此方面的问题。于是,便产生了这样一种疑问;这类颇为难得的资料,未能就其本身的意义而加以充分利用,岂不是无益地杀戮了动物吗?因此,为了使动物实验成为真正有意义的事情,就有必要探讨存在于动物
