利用分子自组装技术在载波片上制备了锐钛相TiO2及WO3掺杂的TiO2薄膜。利用原子力显微镜(AFM)和UV-VIS-NIR分光光度计对薄膜进行了表征。利用对罗丹明B的降解评价了所制备薄膜的光催化活性。结果表明:当W/Ti=2at%时,TiO2薄膜的光催化活性得到提高。
The anatase TiO2 and WO3 doped TiO2 thin films were prepared on the carrier by molecular self-assembly technique. The films were characterized by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer. The photocatalytic activity of the prepared films was evaluated by the degradation of rhodamine B. The results show that when W / Ti = 2at%, the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 film is improved.
