要求抛光性能优良的不锈钢最忌钢中含有多量的脆性串状非金属夹杂物。为了评价一炉钢的夹杂水平,一般均采用任意抽检三个金相试样的方法。但是多年来的实践表明,这种判断方法的可信度较低,时有错判发生。本文分析统计了某厂多年来的检验数据,计算出这种检验方法的可信度最高仅为80%,最低则为20%,提出要使判断可信度提高到90%以上,则除了要严格执行操作规程,提高产品质量外,每炉钢至少应检验六个以上的试样才能保证。 最后,文章阐明:在现有电弧炉冶炼条件下,要消灭3.0级以上的夹杂试样是不可能的。
