思想政治工作是当前企业保卫工作的新内容,加强保卫干部的思想政治工作,建立健全的保卫工作机制,有助于维护企业的良好治安环境,促进企业能够科学、健康的发展。本篇论文先介绍思想政治工作对企业保卫工作的重要意义,再进一步说明当前企业保卫干部的工作现状,最后提出几点企业保卫干部如何加强思想政治工作的措施,为做好企业保卫干部的思想政治工作提供一些参考性建议。
Ideological and political work is the new content of the current enterprise security work.
