近段时间,遂宁市委老干部局多形式开展了《在加强离退休干部工作进社区中推进离退休干部党支部建设》子课题研究。一是全面摸底因地制宜制定方案。为保证课题调研有的放矢,该市向全市105个社区发放了《社区离退休党员和党支部情况调查表》,全面摸查各社区离退休党员和离退休干部党支部基本情况。二是深入支部实地调研听取意见。对社区建有离退休干部党支部的县(区),深入支部进行实地查看,重点调研社区党委(党总支)基本情况,听取离退休党员的意见建议。
Recently, Suining Municipal Bureau of Veteran Bureau conducted many forms of “research on strengthening the construction of retired cadres’ party branch in strengthening community of retired cadres” sub-project. First, fully understand the local conditions to develop programs. In order to ensure the research of the subject is targeted, the municipality has released the “Situation Survey Form for Retired Party Members and Party Branch of the Community” to 105 communities in the city to thoroughly investigate the basic conditions of the retired party members and retired cadres’ party branches in various communities. Second, deepen branch field research to listen to opinions. The county (district) with retired cadres’ party branches in the community shall conduct field visits in-depth branches, with a focus on investigating the basic situation of party committees (party branches) in the community and listening to opinions and suggestions of retired party members.
