德育工作是立校之本和兴校之源。目前,小学德育工作面临新的挑战,需要教育工作者认真查找症结所在,深刻分析诱因,以利于采取措施,推动德育工作健康发展。
Moral education is the foundation of the school and the source of the school. At present, moral education in primary schools is facing new challenges. Educators are required to conscientiously find the crux of the problem and conduct a thorough analysis of incentives so as to facilitate the adoption of measures to promote the healthy development of moral education.
