应用超选择动脉插管灌注化疗，治疗Ⅲ期卵巢癌２０例，取得较好的疗效，现报道如下。１９９６年１月至１９９７年１０月，采用经股动脉穿刺超选择髂内动脉插管化疗Ⅲ期卵巢癌２０例，共７８例次，其中上皮性卵巢癌１４例，恶性生殖细胞癌６例。平均年龄４５岁（２９～６１岁）
Application of superselective arterial intubation chemotherapy, treatment of ovarian cancer Ⅲ 20 cases, and achieved good results, are reported below. From January 1996 to October 1997, 20 cases of stage III ovarian cancer were treated with trans-arterial femoral artery puncture and internal iliac artery cannulation. There were 78 cases in total, including 14 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer and 6 cases of malignant germ cell carcinoma. The average age of 45 years (29 to 61 years old)
