一、前言我们一直用稻草灰作为铁水覆盖、集渣和保温材料,在铸造生产上收到了一定的成效。稻草灰覆盖在铁水表面后,开始是厚厚的一层,保温作用良好,在浇注过程中,稻草灰越来越少,覆盖面积越来越小,保温作用也越来越小,易把渣浇入铸型。在炉前用稻草灰覆盖铁水时,特别是处理球墨铸铁,灰尘弥漫,严重污染空气,恶化劳动条件。所以,有必要寻求一种资源丰富,经济安全,性能良好的新型覆盖、集渣和保温材料来代替稻草灰。

When straw is used to cover the molten iron in front of the furnace, ductile iron is particularly treated, dust is diffuse, air is seriously polluted, and working conditions are deteriorated. Therefore, it is necessary to find a new type of covering, slagging, and insulation materials with abundant resources, economic security, and good performance to replace straw ash.
