单纯表现为短暂性完全遗忘症(Transient globalam-nesia TGA)的短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)型脑梗塞,临床报道不多,现将我们收治的3例报告如下: 例1 男,65岁,右利手,到熟悉的菜市场买菜时突然忘记此行的目的,反复自问且徘徊,10分钟后突然清晰如常人,能追述当时发病经过。2天后上述现象复发约10分钟。无偏瘫病史。查体无神经系统定位体征,脑CT示左颞叶梗塞。
