(按事件发生时间为序)一、国家推进博物馆免费开放2015年3月30日,我国博物馆行业首个全国性法规文件《博物馆条例》施行。条例规定,国家鼓励博物馆向公众免费开放,并禁止博物馆获得来源不明或不合法的藏品。条例还规定,国家在博物馆的设立条件、提供社会服务、规范管理、专业技术职称评定、财税扶持政策等方面,不区分国有和非国有性质。
(According to the time sequence of events) I. National promotion of museums free of charge On March 30, 2015, the first national regulatory document “Museum Regulations” in the museum industry was implemented. The ordinance stipulates that the state encourages museums to be open to the public free of charge and prohibits museums from obtaining items of unknown or illegitimate origin. The regulations also stipulate that the state shall not differentiate between state-owned and non-state-owned properties in terms of establishment of museums, provision of social services, standardization of management, assessment of the professional and technical titles, and fiscal and taxation support policies.
