Journal: On the afternoon of February 16, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology held a seminar on science popularization and invited Lanzhou University, Lanzhou Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Provincial Local Records Office, Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Provincial Education Department, Provincial Association for Science and Technology, Northwest Normal University and Gansu Province Science and Technology Popularization Association and other experts and scholars engaged in science work attended the meeting.
