1 概况北汝河发源于嵩县跑马岭,流经8个县(市),在舞阳县岔河注入沙河。河道全长254km,流域面积6080km~2,其中汝州境内河长44km,流域面积1507km~2。1958年上半年,汝州境内河段进行了全面整治,建成两岸干砌石堤防工程,号称“百里大堤”。1958年7月17日洪水,紫罗山口洪峰流量达到5620m~3/s,汝河两岸新修“百里大堤”冲毁殆尽。1975年冬第二次兴建汝河两岸堤防等工程,到1976年
