生命在于运动,而田径是体育运动中普及面最广的一项运动,也是具有悠久历史的运动项目之一。田径运动是一项综合性体育运动,它结合了速度与耐力,力量与技巧,是奥林匹克精神“更高、更快、更强”的集中体现,也是其它各项体育运动的基础。积极开展田径运动能够提高我们的身体素质,锻炼我们的力量、速度与耐力同时增强我们身体的灵敏度和柔韧度,减少运动损伤。因此,高职体育课程田径类项目的构建有助于提高学生的身体素质,为繁忙的学习打造一个良好的身体基础,同时锻炼坚韧的意志,培养吃苦耐劳的精神。本文通过对高职体育开展田径类项目必要性出发,针对开展过程中实际存在的问题,提出相应的解决方案。从而实现田径类项目在高职体育课程中的良好构建与发展,提高健身参与度,促进学生身体素质的提高。
Life is movement, and track and field is one of the most popular sports in sports, but also has a long history of sports. Athletics is a comprehensive sport which combines speed, endurance, strength and skill. It is a concentrated expression of the Olympic spirit “higher, faster and stronger” and is also the foundation of all other sports. Active track and field can improve our physical fitness, exercise our strength, speed and endurance while enhancing our body’s sensitivity and flexibility, reduce sports injuries. Therefore, the construction of track and field projects in higher vocational PE curriculum will help to improve the physical fitness of students, build a good physical foundation for busy study, train the strong will and cultivate hard-working spirit. Based on the necessity of carrying out track and field projects in higher vocational sports, this article puts forward corresponding solutions in view of the actual problems in carrying out the process. So as to realize the good construction and development of track and field class in the higher vocational PE curriculum, improve the fitness participation and promote the improvement of students’ physical fitness.
