目的:观察葡萄糖耐量因子(GTF)葛根功能牛奶对啤酒酵母静息细胞葡萄糖代谢的影响,探讨其是否产生了类似中医方剂相须配伍的效应。方法:采用酵母静息细胞做为细胞模型,葡萄糖做为底物,观察初始葡萄糖浓度、反应4h葡萄糖浓度以及活性单位。结果:反应4h后,GTF葛根功能牛奶组与普通牛奶组、GTF功能牛奶组、葛根素组比较,葡萄糖浓度降低,活性单位偏高(P<0.01)。结论:GTF葛根功能牛奶可以加强酵母静息细胞的葡萄糖代谢,且其作用优于单一的GTF功能牛奶及葛根素,有药效学上的协同作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of glucose tolerance factor (GTF) Pueraria miltiorrhiza on glucose metabolism in resting cells of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and to explore whether it has the effect of compatibility with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Yeast resting cells were used as the cell model. Glucose was used as the substrate to observe the initial glucose concentration, the glucose concentration and the active unit after 4 hours of reaction. Results: Compared with normal milk group, GTF functional milk group and puerarin group, glucose concentration decreased and activity unit increased (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: GTF Pueraria milk can enhance glucose metabolism in yeast resting cells and its effect is superior to that of single GTF milk and puerarin with pharmacodynamic synergism.
