提出了 PC热带钢连轧机板凸度和板形的控制原则 ,确定了弯辊力与交叉角配合的控制策略 ,并利用所建立的交叉角优化计算模型和实测数据对上海宝山钢铁 (集团 )公司 15 80 PC热连轧机现场轧制的 5块带钢进行了成品板凸度、交叉角及弯辊力最佳设定的计算。计算结果表明 ,成品板凸度的计算值与实测值吻合很好 ;交叉角优化后 ,在仍保持板形良好的情况下 ,成品板的凸度较优化前有不同程度的减小 ,这说明交叉角优化效果较明显
The control principle of the convexity and the plate shape of PC strip tandem mill was put forward. The control strategy that the bending force and the cross angle matched with each other was determined. Based on the optimization calculation model and measured data of crossing angle, the control strategy of Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel (Group) Company 15 80 PC hot strip mill on-site rolling of the five strip finished plate convexity, cross angle and bending force the best set of calculations. The calculated results show that the calculated value of the crown of the finished plate is in good agreement with the measured value. After optimization of the crossing angle, the crown of the finished plate decreases to some extent before the plate shape is maintained while the shape of the plate is good. Crossing angle optimization effect is more obvious
