卵巢癌的发生是一个多因素多步骤过程,可伴一系列致癌因素所致的基因突变及某些信号通路的异常激活。Hedgehog信号通路不仅与胚胎发育、组织形成、再生及修复相关,同时与多种肿瘤细胞的形成、生长和转移具有相关性。当该信号通路异常激活时,可引起肿瘤的发生、发展。Hedgehog信号通路传导异常可导致卵巢癌的发生,并与肿瘤侵袭、转移相关。探讨Hedgehog信号通路与卵巢癌的关系,有助于进一步揭示卵巢癌的发病机制,为卵巢癌的防治提供新的可能途径及作用靶点。本文就Hedgehog信号通路在卵巢癌中作用的研究进展作一综述。
Ovarian cancer is a multi-factor multi-step process that can be accompanied by a series of genetic mutations caused by cancer-causing factors and the abnormal activation of certain signaling pathways. Hedgehog signaling pathway is not only associated with embryonic development, tissue formation, regeneration and repair, but also with the formation, growth and metastasis of a variety of tumor cells. When the signal pathway abnormal activation, can cause the occurrence of tumor, development. Hedgehog signaling pathway abnormalities can lead to ovarian cancer and tumor invasion and metastasis. To explore the relationship between Hedgehog signaling pathway and ovarian cancer will help further reveal the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer and provide new possible ways and targets for the prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer. This review summarizes the research progress of Hedgehog signaling pathway in ovarian cancer.
