患者女性,21岁。因顿服多虑平1,750mg,昏迷8小时于1985年6月30日入院。查体:体温36.3℃,脉搏140次,呼吸24次,血压84/64mmHg。呈深昏迷状态,双侧瞳孔2mm,光反射消失,压眶无反应。颈无抵抗,两肺呼吸音粗,心律规整,心音低钝,肝脾未触及,下腹稍隆起,肌张力降低,未引出病理反射。血常规:红细胞480万,血红蛋白13g/dl,白细胞6,700,血小板5万,心电图提示室内阻滞。治疗经过:立即吸氧,保留尿管,洗胃,清洁灌肠,物理降温(体温曾1度达39.8℃)。静脉滴入ATP、辅酶 A、细胞色素 C、20%甘露醇和50%葡萄
Patient female, 21 years old. Due to Dayton Doxepin 1,750mg, coma 8 hours in June 30, 1985 admission. Physical examination: body temperature 36.3 ℃, pulse 140 times, breathing 24 times, blood pressure 84 / 64mmHg. Deep coma was state, bilateral pupil 2mm, light reflex disappeared, pressure orbital reaction. Cervical non-resistance, coarse breath sounds of both lungs, regular heart rhythm, low heart sound blunt, liver and spleen not touched, slightly bulging lower abdomen, decreased muscle tone, did not lead to pathological reflex. Blood: 4.8 million red blood cells, hemoglobin 13g / dl, 6,700 white blood cells, 50000 platelets, ECG prompted intraventricular block. Treatment after: oxygen immediately, retention catheter, gastric lavage, cleansing enema, physical cooling (body temperature had 1 degree 39.8 ℃).
