目的对某医院部队结核病病例住院费用与住院日进行分析,为军队住院结核病医疗费用控制提供参考。方法用Excel 2007对2012年某医院部队住院结核病病例住院费用构成进行分析。结果 78例部队结核病病例总住院费用为1 036 746.07元,平均住院日27.2d,平均住院费用13 291.62元。战士平均住院费为13 981.82元,战士与在职干部住院费用占总住院费用的96.58%;离退休干部平均住院日42.33d,继发性肺结核平均住院日29.45d,菌阳肺结核平均住院日67.23d。菌阳肺结核平均住院费用31 721.53元。结论要合理分配医疗资源;部队结核病住院医疗费用控制的重点在于战士和在职干部。
Objective To analyze the hospitalization costs and hospitalization days of tuberculosis cases in a hospital unit and provide reference for the medical cost control of military hospital tuberculosis. Methods Excel 2007 was used to analyze the hospitalization costs of hospitalized tuberculosis cases in a hospital unit in 2012. Results The total cost of inpatient TB cases in 78 troops was 1 036 746.07 yuan, the average length of stay was 27.2 days and the average hospitalization cost was 13 291.62 yuan. The average cost of hospitalization for warriors was 13 981.82 yuan, the hospitalization expenses for soldiers and working cadres accounted for 96.58% of the total hospitalization expenses; the average length of stay for retired cadres was 42.33 days; the average length of hospital stay for secondary tuberculosis was 29.45 days; the average length of stay for tuberculosis was 67.23 days . Bacteria positive pulmonary tuberculosis hospitalization costs 31,721.53 yuan. Conclusion It is necessary to rationally allocate medical resources; the control of inpatient medical costs of military tuberculosis units focuses on soldiers and active cadres.
