为促进我国商业性矿产勘查工作的发展,全面了解全国非石油天然气矿产(以下简称固体矿产)资源勘查情况,根据《矿产资源勘查区块登记管理办法》(国务院令第240号)赋予矿产资源勘查登记管理机关的职责,以及《关于建立探矿权年度检查制度的通知》(国土资发〔2003〕149号)要求,各省(区、市)国土资源厅(局)对本行政区域内2003年度正在实施的固体矿产勘查登记项目(以下简称勘查项目)进行了探矿权年度检查工作。现将勘查项目的基本情况,探矿权人的基本情况,技术人员工作量、资金和主要实物工作量完成情况以及预计取得的主要成果通报如下。
