本文研究了白点对60Si2Mh钢的机械性能的影响,特别是时冲击值、延伸率、断面收缩率的有害影响。为了消除白点的危害,我们做了一系列试验,证明锻压加工对原来具有白点的钢材的性能有十分有益的作用;为了研究锻压加工对机械性能影响的机理,我们还时锻压前后轧材断口的宏观形态和“SEM”形态作了仔细观察。实验研究表明:适当的锻压可以消除白点的危害,使机械性能述到使用要求。
This paper studies the effect of white points on the mechanical properties of 60Si2Mh steels, especially the impact of impact values, elongation, and area reduction. In order to eliminate the harm of white spots, we have done a series of experiments to prove that the forging process has a very beneficial effect on the performance of the original steel with white spots. In order to study the mechanism of the effect of forging processing on the mechanical properties, The macroscopic morphology of the fracture and the “SEM” morphology were carefully observed. Experimental research shows that: appropriate forging can eliminate the harm of white spots, so that the mechanical properties to the use requirements.
