目的制备高效价马抗狂犬病免疫血浆。方法通过细胞制备、病毒的接种、培养、收获、浓缩等步骤,研制了浓缩地鼠肾细胞狂犬病毒抗原,并与羊脑狂犬病毒抗原作马匹免疫对比试验。结果浓缩地鼠肾细胞抗狂犬病免疫血浆的效价明显高于羊脑抗狂犬病免疫血浆。试验组血浆平均效价为157IU/ml,对照组为113IU/ml,两组差异有统计学意义。结论已成功制备高效价抗狂犬病免疫血浆。
Objective To prepare high titer horse anti-rabies immune plasma. Methods The recombinant murine kidney cell rabies virus antigen was prepared by cell preparation, virus inoculation, culture, harvesting, concentration and other steps, and compared with sheep brain rabies virus antigen for horse immunization. Results The titer of anti-rabies immune plasma of concentrated rat kidney cells was significantly higher than that of anti-rabies immunized plasma of sheep brain. The mean plasma titer of the experimental group was 157 IU / ml and that of the control group was 113 IU / ml. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion High titer anti-rabies immune plasma has been successfully prepared.
