2002年起,内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市经济发展速度连续七年领跑全国省会城市,固定资产投资每年以25.7%的速度增长,房地产投资更是以34.2%的速度增长,房地产投资对全部投资的贡献率也由2002年的24.7%增加到2011年的60.1%。尤其值得一提的是,在住宅市场遭遇政策调控之际,开发商对商业地产的参与热情不断提升,扩张步伐明显加快。
