探索负面清单模式是我国外商投资领域深化体制改革的一个重大方面,同时也是上海自贸试验区的一大亮点。负面清单模式的全面实行,无疑会对我国的对外开放提出新的挑战和要求,上海自贸试验区的试行和发展也会对我国下一步改革提供样本和蓝图,因此,在探索该模式的进程中应注意的法律问题需要认真思考和总结。
Exploring the negative list mode is a major aspect of deepening the system reform in the field of foreign investment in our country and is also a major highlight of the pilot zone of Shanghai’s free trade.
