引子进入新世纪以来,对教育界的造假、抄袭、剽窃等学术不端行为,尽管国家教育部三令五申,从2002、2004、2006到2009年接连四次下发一系列加强学术道德和学风建设的文件,虽起到了一定作用;但由于多种社会原因,成效并不显著,不端学风仍不断出现,且在某种程度上正悄悄地发展着。
