江西省新余市渝水区下村镇何家自然村因拖欠电费,供电部门将该村6/O.4 kV配电变压器的高压引下线从架空线上解除,停止了对该村的供电.1998年5月9日傍晚,上任不到一年的村电工何××独自一人到配电变压器台墩上,欲用挂钩法搭火恢复送电.他把配电变压器三根高压进线的一头做成钩状,用竹杆撑挂到6kV架空线上.挂好一根以后,他赤手拿第二根线头时触电,抢救无效死亡,年仅17岁.
