临床诊断异位妊娠有时极其困难。以下3例输卵管妊娠分别发生于绝育术后8年、9年和15年。例1,39岁,下腹部疼痛2小时并昏厥来院急诊。入院时,患者发热,面色苍白,BP 85/55mmHg,心动过速。腹部紧张拒按,左髂窝腹肌明显紧张,有假性腹膜炎表现,盆腔检查仅发现左侧紧张而无任何明显的包块,由于疼痛而无法确定子宫大小,宫颈外观正常,无血液及分泌物流出。病人于9年前行剖腹绝育术,未绝经,末次月经在入院2周前,行经正常。血液学检查正常。剖腹检查发现腹腔内有大量血液,可见到左侧输卵管
