张改琴,甘肃省庆城县人,中共党员。甘肃省政协常委、科教文体委员会副主任,中国书法家协会副主席、楷书专业委员会副主任,中国美术家协会会员,甘肃省书法家协会主席。曾进修于中央美院国画系。2006年被甘肃省委、省政府授予“甘肃省优秀专家”荣誉称号。2009年被甘肃省委、省政府授予“甘肃省文艺突出贡献奖”;被聘为甘肃省文史馆馆员。书法、中国画作品曾多次参加国际、国内大展,并有获奖,被中国美术馆、毛主席纪念堂等单位收藏。出版有《张改琴书画》、《走进黄土地的脚步·张改琴书画集》、《中国美术家张改琴》、《春华秋实——张改琴、左文辉书画作品集》、《塬上风·张改琴书画集》等多部书画集。曾在中国美术馆、西安、广州、兰州等地举办个人书画展。
Zhang Qin, Gansu Province Qingcheng County, member of the Communist Party of China. Vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of the regular script regular committee, member of Chinese Artists Association, chairman of Gansu Calligraphers Association. Have studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts Department of Chinese painting. In 2006 by the Gansu provincial party committee and government awarded the “Gansu outstanding experts” honorary title. In 2009 by the Gansu provincial party committee and government awarded the “Outstanding Contribution Award for literature and art in Gansu Province”; was hired as librarian in Gansu Provincial History Museum. Calligraphy, Chinese painting works have participated in many international and domestic exhibitions, and have awards, by the China Art Museum, Chairman Mao Memorial Hall and other units. He has published many books including Zhang Zhangqin’s Calligraphy and Painting, Zhang Gengqin’s Paintings and Calligraphy Collection at the Footsteps of the Yellow Earth, Chinese Artists Zhang aqinqin, Chunhua Qiushi Zhang Shuqin and Zuo Wenhui’s Paintings and Calligraphy Works, "And many other paintings. Once in China Art Museum, Xi’an, Guangzhou, Lanzhou and other places to hold personal painting and calligraphy exhibition.
