本文以强电流刺激内脏大神经传入纤维引起的丘脑后核单位放电为内脏痛的指标,研究了尾核头部电刺激对该放电的影响,观察到两种抑制效应。一种对尾核刺激后的30~160毫秒期间发生的对丘脑后核单位放电的即时抑制。另一种为尾核刺激后3~12分钟发生的对丘脑后核单位放电的长时程后抑制。提示尾核可能具有抑制内脏痛的作用。
In this paper, a large current to stimulate visceral nerve afferent fibers into the posterior thalamic nucleus unit discharge as a marker of visceral pain to study the caudate nucleus electric stimulation on the discharge, the two inhibitory effects were observed. An immediate inhibition of the discharge of the thalamic nucleus after 30 to 160 milliseconds after caudate nucleus stimulation. The other is the tail nucleus stimulation 3 to 12 minutes after the discharge of the thalamic nucleus unit long-term after the inhibition. Tip caudate nucleus may have the effect of inhibiting visceral pain.
